Adam Zak Executive Search was retained to recruit Amazon’s first Lean continuous improvement executive who drove the creation of the World Wide Ops Amazon Customer Excellence System (WW Ops ACES) function and built out team company-wide. He developed Amazon’s strategy, vision and team structure, and implemented major initiatives.
