JBPCo operates with a decentralized management structure and subsidiaries have full operational, financial and administrative responsibility. Executive management support and investment capital are provided by the company’s senior level corporate leadership team, led by Chairman & CEO John B. Poindexter.
Adam Zak Executive Search was initially retained to conduct an executive search for the company’s first Vice President, Lean Continuous Improvement, with the responsibility to initiate and drive the company’s Lean business transformation across the board.
Subsequently, I completed additional senior level operations and Lean leadership executive searches within various operating companies. In each situation I headhunted executives who would reduce complexity and costs, drive increased accountability throughout their organizations, and ultimately improve both operating effectiveness and long-term shareholder value.
