Castle Rock manufactures commercial and professional cleaning equipment and supplies under its proprietary brands names including Windsor, ProChem, Century 400, TecServ and Graco. The company’s brands offer floor care equipment, professional carpet cleaning services, and cleaning equipment parts.
The company was acquired by Heritage Partners in 1998 and sold at a 3.5x multiple to Germany’s Alfred Karcher & Co. in 2013.
